Jhansi Fort
Jhansi Fort is one of the most famous tourist place in Jhansi. The fort was built by Raja Bir Singh in 17th century and is situated on a rocky hill and has witnessed many fiery battles led by Rani Laxmi Bai. It has ten gates including Khandero Gate, Unnao gate, Datia Darwaza, Jharna Gate, Laxmi Gate, Sagar Gate, Chand gate, Orcha Gate and Sainyar Gate.

Laxmi Bai Temple
Laxmi Bai Temple is one of the most important devotional places in the city. This ancient temple is an 18th centaury temple devoted to goddess Mahalakshmi. The temple witnesses hoards of devotees coming each year for Lakshmi Puja on the festival of Deepawali.

Rani Mahal
Rani Mahal is a major tourist attraction of Jhansi. It has a huge Durbar Hall at the second floor, which is known for painted wood paneled ceiling. The Mahal has colorfully painted walls and ceilings. The Rani Mahal is now a refurbished museum having collectibles from the 9th and the 12th century.

Barua Sagar
Barua Sagar is a beautiful lake which is located 24 kms away from the city of Jhansi It is a municipal board and city in the district of Jhansi which is famous for the Barua Sagar Lake. The place is also famous for being the battleground of the Bundelas and the Marathas in 1744 AD.
